St. Mary’s County Adult Detention and Rehabilitation Center

Provided daily on-site inspection and project management services to the St. Mary’s County Department of Public Works and the Sheriff’s Department for renovation of specific existing Detention Center areas and the construction of a new two-story 31 cell housing wing.  Monitored activities of contractor and facilitated performance of the contract.  Coordinated the successful commissioning of building systems and training of appropriate personnel, and managed resolution of building conflicts with needs of Sheriff’s Department.
